Hi, I am Cartier

I graduated top of my class in Rutgers University, USA with an MBA.  I obtained my first business degree from the National University from Singapore, the top university in Asia and ranked 11^th in the world.

My early career was spent in marketing communication and promotion.  I then moved into human resources and later operations.   I was a part time lecturer at the University of London, teaching 1st and 2nd years students on Management and Marketing.    I’ve successfully transitioned from an entry level to be responsible for  Operations & HR  in more than 30 countries. In another, I was the Global VP for Operations & HR.

I have lived and worked in many parts of the world, such as Singapore, China, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, China, etc.    

I won an International Award on Special Effects from Sony Corporation.  I also won a scholarship to study in NHK Broadcasting in Japan. I have also won several other awards, in teamwork, turning around an MNC after 911, etc.

Through the years, I have sat on the boards of many big organizations.  I have also served in several non-profit organizations and have sat on their Board of Directors.

I have seen the fall of both big and small companies; many of whom I attributed to a lack of vision, inability to make a paradigm shift and poor workforce management.

Hi, I am Wioletta

I am from Poland and hold a a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Poland. I have also obtained a Diploma in Business Information Technology from the Warsaw School of Economics.

For the past 17 years, I’ve built my professional career in the domain of Information Technologies and Communications across multiple regions, EMEA and MEA.  I’ve worked in the United Kingdom and am currently based our of  Egypt.

Not only was I managing cross-functional organizations, across multiple customer Accounts, countries, cultures & levels of maturity, I’ve also successfully transitioned from an Engineer in IT Operations to Business Development Director, and finally appointed as Country Manager role in a Dubai based software solutions provider.

I was a provider of prime solutions to multiple industry domains including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Smart Cities and Telecom.

I’ve won an Team Leadership Award for outstanding teamwork when I worked with Oracle.  I have also won an award as a Strategic Driver at Ericsson MEA.
